Returns and refunds

Return Policy

At Varrio Love Oldies, many of our items are made to order, produced in limited quantities, or released as exclusive drops. For this reason, we maintain the following return policy.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final sale; we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Accidental orders
  • Color variations due to screen settings
  • Limited edition or event merchandise

Please review all product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue and provide a replacement if approved.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos of the damage
  • Provide a brief description of the issue

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued — replacements only.


Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Varrio Love Oldies is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using the provided tracking number.

Event, Digital & Custom Sales

All event tickets, flash drives, digital downloads, and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter may result in being restricted from future purchases.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns in a fair and professional manner.
